Design and Experiment of Side-Shift Stubble Avoidance System for No-Till Wheat Seeder Based on Deviation-Perception Fusion Technology

To improve the stubble avoidance rate of no-till wheat seeders under environment corn stubble, side-shift system was developed in present study based on deviation-perception fusion technology. Firstly, amount implement deviation compensation accurately obtained by information sensing system. Then, a fuzzy PID algorithm proposed to optimize performance control Finally, simulation model Matlab/Simulink. The results showed that regulation time required for response curve reach steady state 1.0 s, and maximum overshoot 8.2%. verify system, an orthogonal test conducted. optimal combination parameters obtained, including operation speed 1.3 m/s, hydraulic cylinder 25 mm/s, straw mulch 1.2 kg/m2. field verification performed parameters, showing 90.6%, mean value sowing variation coefficient 27.12%, which fully satisfied requirements operation.
